Barbells and Submissions™ was established from the desire to unite the worlds of Jiu-Jitsu and Weightlifting through a unique lifestyle brand. As practitioners of both disciplines the founders realized the symbiotic benefits that each sport reciprocates for optimum performance. In the end it all comes down to challenging oneself to be the best that one can be.

On the mat, in the gym or at the grocery store our apparel can deliver the quality, functionality and comfort you need to perform at your best or to inspire others.
